Brian's
custom picture framing
craftmanship sets off
your artwork to
perfection
We have been in the custom
picture framing business
since 1981. We also offer
in-home and in-office
consultations and design
sessions,pick-up and
delivery of artwork, and a
hanging service.
Custom
picture framing is the
art of enhancing a piece
of artwork by adding
mats or liners and
frames, and preserving
the artwork. Any artwork
including watercolors,
oil paintings,
certificates,
memorabilia, photos,
textiles, or posters
can be enriched with
knowledge of correct
framing techniques and
design skills.
Custom picture framing
does not stop at simple
paintings or posters.
Some of our favorite
projects include shadow
boxes with family
memorabilia, awards and
medals, textiles (baby
christening gowns,
jackets etc.), as well
as diplomas,
certificates, and
favorite photographs.

How
Custom Framing Works
Custom
picture framing is a
multi-step process.
Brian first assesses the
artwork, finds out where
it will be displayed,
and explores what you
have in mind for
framing.
Then he starts the
design process,
explaining each step
along the way. He shows
you various mat samples
and framing options and
discusses lighting.
Protecting the artwork
is an important goal, so
he carefully considers
the type of glazing to
use (clear glass,
reflective control
glass, plexiglass, or
archival glass).
Brian will work closely
with you to provide the
best solution for truly
aesthetic frames and
glass that also protect
your art treasures so
you can enjoy them for
many years to come.
Pricing depends on the
size and the cost of the
materials, the number of
mats, the frame, and the
glass. Please contact
Brian to discuss
your custom framing
needs.
